The total rental fee is payable at the time of booking. When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking confirmation by email, to the email address you provide in the booking form.

We accept several payment types via our payment partner, powered by eviivo. By proceeding with your reservation, you consent to us initiating a payment for the expressed amount on your behalf.

Yes. Eviivo is compliant with the Payment Card Industry security standard (PCI-DSS Level 1). We are audited annually by an independent expert and the card schemes, including a full review of our systems and procedures, and the relevant penetration tests, to ensure that we provide the highest level of card payment security. Card details processed on eviivo.com, toprooms.com or via on.eviivo.com are encrypted and fully tokenised and are not held beyond the scope of the booking duration. We may temporarily store card information until you have checked out, so that we can easily make any additions to stay. We may also retain card details in case of unexplained, malicious damage or theft. We will contact you on discovery and aim to resolve without charge, however we reserve the right to charge your payment card for any damage or theft of property up to a maximum value of £500.

We store the data we need to allow us to fulfil your booking and provide a service to you, in accordance with GDPR 6(1)(b). Data is held by us, and by eviivo, the platform we use to administer your booking. All information is held securely. Our website uses the data we collect for three basic purposes: to operate our business and provide (including improving and personalising) the services we offer, to send communications, including promotional communications, and to display any advertising. In carrying out these purposes, we combine data we collect through the various website services you use to give you a more seamless, consistent and personalised experience. However, to enhance privacy, we have built in technological and procedural safeguards designed to prevent certain data combinations. For example, we store data we collect from you when you are unauthenticated (not signed in) separately from any account information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number.
